COVID-19 organizational support and employee voice: Insights of pharmaceutical stakeholders in Jordan

COVID-19 has posed unprecedented challenges for organizations and impacts on employees worldwide, particularly in the healthcare sector. This paper proposes a conceptual model to examine mediating effects of job satisfaction burnout relationship between organizational support (COVID-OS) employee voice among pharmaceutical stakeholders Jordan. To empirically test model, data were collected through questionnaire from 248 community pharmacists Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation variables, hypothesis testing carried out. The findings supported proposed showed that there is direct COVID-OS voice. also revealed this can be mediated by work-related well-being dimensions burnout. Moreover, It found negatively affects employees. makes significant contributions theoretical knowledge base provides practical implications context management, with broader professions related services
